The Wobble Board is designed to build core strength and balance. It is ideal for gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders as well as those who want to build their general strength. The wobble board foam now comes in a variety of colourful foam, if you would prefer our original wobble board foam please select ‘original’ as your colour choice.

The 3 spring heart wobble board has a high wobble factor and is ideal where a point of contact is kept on the board, such as arabesques, leg circles, Y-stands, and balance work

When using the wobble board please ensure that it is on a flat stable surface and you stand in the centre of the board.
